We call this “Transition Mode.” Securely hold the side handles, release the lightweight inner carrier from its base and easily go from your car to the house or stroller.

The Coral™ XP is unique because of its modularity, so of course, you can carry the inner carrier and outer shell together like a standard infant car seat.
